Rowan University International Student Merit Scholarships

 

Program Description:  Rowan University is a public university in New Jersey offering bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is pleased to present merit based scholarships to a select number of international freshman and transfers applicants who had achieved academic excellence. Consideration for these scholarships is automatic upon applying. There is no separate scholarship application.

Eligibility Requirements

Requirements 1:  Freshman students must meet English proficiency requirements (TOEFL: 85 and above OR IELTS:7 and above). Applicant must have attained a 3.2 secondary school GPA and a combined SAT score of 1050 (Critical Reading and Math Only).
Requirements 2:  Transfer students must have a minimum of 30 college credits and must meet a minimum 3.2 GPA requirements at U.S. universities.
Requirements 3:  Student must maintain a 3.0 GPA at Rowan University.
Requirements 4:  Please note: Meeting the eligibility requirements described above does not guarantee awarding of a merit scholarship. The admissions committee reviews each application holistically.
