International Ambassador Grant Award for Undergraduate Studies

 

Program Description:  The International Ambassador Award is a competetive scholarship award offered to students enrolled in the University’s Intensive English Program. Students who complete the IEP’s advanced level with a 3.2 GPA or higher, and who have been admitted to an Undergraduate degree program at Xavier University, may apply. Five (5) awards are available per calendar year. The award provides 50% of tuition fees for 8 academic semesters or until graduation, whichever comes first. Ambassador recipients give service to the University in an “ambassador role.”

Eligibility Requirements

Requirements 1:  Complete the advanced level of the Xavier University Intensive English Program with a cummulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Requirements 2:  Be admitted to an undergraduate degree program at Xavier University.
Requirements 3:  Complete the International Ambassador Grant application, including two brief essay questions.
Requirements 4:  Request and receive two letters of recommendation from Xavier IEP Instructors.
